CANCELLATION POLICY
Last minute cancellations and no-call/no-shows present a difficulty on my small business. I understand that things happen that are out of your control, and will always take that into consideration. When booking an appointment, a credit card is required to hold the appointment, and will be charged if this cancellation policy is not followed. A 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without the cancellation fee. 50% of the scheduled service will be charged for any cancellation less than 24 hours prior. If the appointment is no call/no-showed the card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and if cancelled the day of the appointment, the card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
